The program
Asante Anderson Call Alerts sends text messages to business owners who use my phone assistant service, and to the on-call staff they designate. These messages are about their business's phone calls. They are not marketing.
Messages you may receive
- Summaries of calls the phone assistant answered
- Urgent alerts when a caller reports a safety issue or needs emergency service
- Job details for on-call staff, with a request to confirm
- Notices about the service, such as outages or setup changes
How you sign up
A business owner signs up when they start the service by signing a service agreement and providing the phone numbers of the people who should receive texts. The owner confirms that each person has agreed to receive them. Each number then receives a first message confirming enrollment and explaining how to opt out.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with call volume.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You'll get one final message confirming you're unsubscribed.
Reply HELP for help, or email hello@akanderson.com.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Because texts can be delayed, urgent calls are also handled by phone, not by text alone.
Privacy
Phone numbers and opt-in information are never shared or sold for marketing. See the privacy policy for details.
